Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Please make sure your shipping info is accurate to ensure we are sending your package to the correct province. We ship via FedEx and shipping costs are calculated depending on product weight and dimensions. What does that mean? We will never overcharge you for shipping costs!

Please Note: In the event that a shipping rate is calculated incorrectly at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges before the order can be shipped.

Processing times vary and orders are not shipped or delivered on most major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

For those who live on O’ahu, if you would like to avoid shipping costs we do offer Local-Pick-Up!

Order online and pick up at the Samurai House:

738 Umi Street, Honolulu, HI 96819.

Please choose "LOCAL PICK UP ONLY" in check out and specify the date and time you wish to pick up your order.

Pick up is only available: 
MON - SAT: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
SUN: CLOSED

Please note: All pick up orders require a minimum of at least 24 hours lead time. If you need it sooner, please call our office at 808-833-4779.
