Refund policy

We always want you to be 100% happy with our products! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please give us a call within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are eligible for a return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY “PERISHABLE” HAWAIIAN FROST PRODUCTS (which includes, but is not limited to, soft serve, shakes, floats, pints, icicles, 4 oz. cups, etc.)
